Ian Daffern is a writer, director and producer based in Toronto Canada. He writes supernatural, horror and thrilling tales for comic anthologies by publishers such as 215 Ink, DC Comics, and Alterna Comics. These include Charcoal a high-school horror drawn by award-winning illustrator Ho Che Anderson (King, Sand & Fury) published by Tor Press. He's also scripted for video games such as Xenophile Media's Time Tremors, Huge Monster's Code of War, and Trunked an indie-noir adventure set in the trunk of a car. He can also be found writing and directing for documentary. Born in Dartford, England, a place he has only returned to once by accident, he now makes his home in Toronto with his family.
